We are the partner for companies with small & medium storage and shipping volumes.
Are you lacking the space for storing your products or the man power or simply the infrastructure to sell your goods? Then simply outsource this to us and you have more time for essentials such as marketing or sales.
Cosmetics, clothing, books or other non-hazardous goods, we specialize in incoming and outgoing goods in the parcel area.
Goods Receipt
The goods receipt includes a completeness check (comparison with the delivery note) and storage. We accept your goods quickly and reliably and do without unnecessarily long inbound times, so that you can switch your goods online quickly.
Warehousing
We store large and small goods. Whether individual products, boxes or pallets, we will store your goods properly and with alarm protection. You only pay a monthly flat rate for the shelf meters or pallet spaces used. Once a month we inventory your goods and compare them with your inventory lists.
Order & goods issue
You simply send us the order by email as an Excel (.csv) and PDF file. No complicated software connections are necessary. You take over the entire end customer communication and we only add your delivery note to the package.
We take care of the picking and often prepare the package for dispatch on the same day. So delivery times of 1-3 days can be realized within Germany.
Depending on the model selected, we charge a handling fee.
interface
Our shipping software has interfaces to most shop systems and is available via a free plug-in. On request, we can receive the shipping data in real time. Your customers will receive a personalized Track & Trace email with your name and logo and direct customer access to the life tracking of the package.
App connection
As an extension to your shop system, we also offer free access to an iOS or Android app, which optionally informs us about incoming orders. This is a useful extension for system failures or vacancies, etc.
Replenishing
We define a target stock level and a minimum stock level. Both inventory values can be based on sales figures and can vary seasonally. If the MB is reached or undercut, a reorder is generated to replenish on SL. This reorder can be made from your shop system.
We organize the pick-up from you or other suppliers on call the following day.
Packing & Shipping
We pack your goods safely and neutrally so that they arrive undamaged at their destination. The shipping label also bears your branding. The packaging costs are already included in your flat rates, or we use the shipping boxes you provided.
We use packaging and filling materials that consist exclusively of recycled materials.
We also organize worldwide shipping and have favorable conditions with all common shipping service providers, which we pass on to you 1:1. You will receive a daily closing list with the track & trace numbers of your packages.
Back to management
Returns processing is important so that customers do not wait for their money and the goods can be prepared for sale again. If you wish, you can also use our electronic returns portal, which we will set up according to your specifications and also include your name and logo.
We will send returns that are not suitable for resale to you or dispose of them properly.
Monthly invoice
At the end of the month you will receive a detailed invoice listing the number of incoming and outgoing goods, the shelf meters used and the handling fee for outgoing goods and returns management, depending on the service package selected, as well as the direct costs of the shipping service providers. There are no hidden costs, everything is transparent and calculable beforehand so that you can include this monthly cost point in your calculations.

If your goods are stored in a non-EU area (e.g. Switzerland) and you send many packages across the EU, you can outsource your goods to us. We take care of the import and the formalities. You thus avoid the higher handling and shipping costs, as well as returns, if EU end customers are surprised by the import sales tax paid and refuse to accept the package, for example.
